I am impressed with how fast your service is. The new ink cartridge is bigger than the one it replaced and almost did not fit. It is snug but works fine.

Neopost is so expensive and difficult to talk to when there's a question or issue. The hold time is often 10 minutes or more. Furthermore, their prices are out of sight. I'm glad I found Chad with The Postage Meter Guys to provide our postage supplies. I've tried off brand meter cartridges in the past only to find they were total failures. This time around I think we've found a great product. Look forward to working with The Postage Meter Guys more and more.
